At The Practice Buffalo we believe that yoga is for everyone. We value the community created in our studio and consistently share it with all who join us.

Practice Strong is a unique weekly yoga class modified to fit the special needs of each student. Our yoga practice has an emphasis on breath and mindfulness. It is adapted with modifications of an easy-going flow, props, and assistance for poses if requested.
Practice Strong is a 60 minute FUN and interactive class available to anyone.
Open to the public.
Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming space, and any needed assistance, for the practice of yoga for all members of our community.
